Is Codemasters F1 2010 the most authentic Formula 1 racing game ever?

The latest offering from Codemasters is F1 2010.
This game has had the entire online racing community wild with
excitement and anticipation.
Here is everymans chance to take the wheel of a Formula One racer and battle with the Legends of the sport. Here is a link to the Codemasters game trailer video:

I am a certified PC driving game nut.

Ever since the days of the first coin operated arcade driving games, I was hooked.

I have enjoyed playing Codemasters many racing games for PC including the Colin McRae rally series, Dirt, Dirt2 and GRID for the last few years.

GRID especially has proven to be, and still is, a very popular game played online with players world-wide.

The best is yet to come.

Codemasters has released what promises to be the best racing experience available to date, the much anticipated Codemasters F1 2010 driving game. I expect the online sessions to be an excellent and wild ride.

You will begin your professional racing career driving with all the Formula 1 stars with cars in their 2010 livery. You can even elect to join and race for the top Formula 1 teams depending on the difficulty level you select.

The realistic weather effects and car handling dynamics promise to be stunningly effective whether you want a very authentic simulator experience or more arcade type handling.

Even younger or less experienced players will enjoy the action that this game provides.

I have pre-ordered my copy of Codemasters F1 2010 with FREE shipping within the U.S. here.

The best controller options for extreme realism and car control

In my opinion and experience, this game is best enjoyed using a wheel and pedals controller to give the racer the most realistic driving experience.

I started with a Logitech MOMO Racing Force Feedback Wheel. At the time this was what my budget could afford. This is a great entry-level wheel that have used with great online success for nearly 2 years. It has proven VERY durable in 1,000s of online races.

After my excellent experience with their products I have since purchased a Logitech G27 wheel and pedal set. This more refined wheel has a leather wrapped wheel with paddle shifters, an F1 inspired LED tachometer/shift gauge, a seperate 6 speed shifter and a sturdy metal 3 pedal set with accelerator, brake and a clutch. All of the pedals have realistic feel and differing resistance.

The helical gears are much quieter than those in the MOMO wheel and its overall appearance is more like an actual racing wheel than a mere toy.

I use mine on a PC but it is also compatible with the Playstation3gaming console.

There is no comparison to these controllers versus a gamepad for realism and precise control of whatever virtual vehicle you are driving.

The best price by far is here. The FREE shipping is at least an additional $20 savings.

This is the best advantage you can have to perform to your full potential any any of your driving games and simulators.

I know you will enjoy it!

Now all I am lacking is a proper cockpit environment to thoroughly dominate the competition! The Playseat A1GP Evolution Gaming Seat seems to fit the bill quite well.

Good Luck to you all.

See you online.
